Soaked in the glam atmosphere last night at the Elite Model Look International Finals at the Indoor Stadium. We rushed all the way through dinner at Soupspoon at Raffles City to wait in our seats at the stadium. Hmmm... But anyway, truth be told, we're weren't there to actually watch the anorexic looking, beanpoles strutting their stuff on stage. We were there, to be precise, to feel glamorous. LOL. How thick can we get??! XM and I even have a new moniker for ourselves. We're the local versions of Mary-Kate and Ashley. Haha... Especially since so many people have claimed that we look similar. Er... *spastic look*

I'm actually kinda surprised to see so many tall girls, and the majority are actually so much younger than us! We're so ashamed of ourselves! Can you actually believe a 14 year old teenager who's 183cm and possesses neverending long legs exists? Well, believe it. Not that I'm entirely envious. Being ridiculously tall has its definite cons. And I wouldn't wanna have perpetual problems getting into cabs, cars, or even the bus. Oh well, there're models and I'm not. No competition there.

Mary-Kate and I went to WhyNot after the event, but we didn't stay long. The music was invariably mediocre and the people were not doing much. Merely standing there like wallflowers and shaking a toe now and then. *rolls eyes* I was actually sorta glad when we decided to leave shortly after Erwin arrived. Really, I would have rather gone to DC and sang my lungs out.

It's gonna be a long week this coming week, I guess. What with no offs and no long weekend. It's Monday to Saturday all the way. And with regular ICCT sessions on alternate days, it's enough to kill my already dim morale. At least I can sorta look forward to watching Matrix Revolutions with Dewei and Changyu on Tuesday. I'm not a fan of the Matrix whatsoever, but it beats staying in camp hands down.
