Saturday, April 22, 2006 And so the exams have ended. Which marks the official end of my sophomore year. At times, I wondered why I didn't apply for student exchange last semester. I would have gained new pespectives, viewing the world through a different lens, rather than just through Singapore. But then again, I wouldn't have learnt more about the industry and professional standards, through subjects like Broadcast Journalism, if I had left. I guess it's all a matter of balance. And perhaps the imbalance that I'm feeling right now is going on overdrive. I didn't really enjoy this semester. The subjects were boring, except for maybe one or two, and the workload was absolutely astronomical. But still, I thank the Lord for helping and guiding me through. Again, I'm trying to not have any expectations for my exams because I don't want to feel disappointed or angry at myself if things don't turn out as planned. After all, I try to trust in Him and His plan for me. In the meantime, I am relishing in the mood of having nothing to do. At least for now. Gv complained @ 4:50 PM {xoxo} |
